1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Glowen ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App unlawfully.
3. The App
Glowen is a free single-player puzzle game supported by advertising.
- No account registration
- No multiplayer
- No in-app purchases or subscriptions (as of version 1.0.0)
- Gameplay may work offline; ads require internet
4. Advertising
The App displays ads through Google AdMob:
- Interstitial ads may appear after a game ends when you navigate home
- Rewarded ads are optional and only shown if you choose Continue after game over
5. High Scores & Local Data
Scores and preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling may delete this data.
6. Intellectual Property
All graphics, animations, code, and content in Glowen are owned by Talha Gürbüz or licensed for use.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from your use of the App.
9. Apple Terms
These Terms are between you and Talha Gürbüz, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, except where mandatory consumer laws apply.
