1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Glowen ("we", "our", "the App") handles information when you use our mobile game on iOS.
Glowen is a single-player puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account. We do not operate a backend server for gameplay.
By downloading or using Glowen, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
The App stores the following locally on your device:
- Best score
- Sound preference (on/off)
- Haptics preference (on/off)
This data is not transmitted to our servers and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
2.2 Advertising data (Google AdMob)
Glowen is free and supported by ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and process:
- Device identifiers (such as IDFA if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission)
- IP address (approximate / coarse location)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- Device type, OS version, language
- Diagnostic data related to ad delivery
Google's use of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising Policies.
2.3 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS, the App may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for personalized advertising. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
2.4 GDPR / EEA consent (UMP)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Google may present a consent form before personalized ads are shown.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Name, email, or phone (unless you email us for support)
- Photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or precise GPS location
- Health, financial, or biometric data
- User accounts or passwords
