Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaneDuo mobile application (the "App") provided by Talha Gürbüz ("we", "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of service

LaneDuo is an endless runner-style mobile game where you control two lanes with a single tap. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13, you must use the App with parental or guardian consent. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your device for gameplay only.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App
Use cheats, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools
Attempt unauthorized access to our servers or networks
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

4. Virtual items and in-game currency

The App includes in-game coins and cosmetic items (skins, themes, trails, etc.).

Coins and cosmetics have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coins are earned through gameplay only and are spent on visual customization that does not affect gameplay.
Virtual items grant a limited license, not ownership.
There is no account system; progress is stored on your device only and may be lost if you change devices or delete app data.

5. Advertising

The App may include optional rewarded ads and periodic interstitial ads. Watching rewarded ads is voluntary. Third-party advertisers are responsible for ad content.

6. Intellectual property

The App, graphics, sounds, code, design, the name "LaneDuo", and related trademarks belong to Talha Gürbüz or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature without prior notice. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talha Gürbüz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (if any); the App may be offered free of charge.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. No refunds are provided for virtual items or progress upon termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
