Privacy Policy

LaneDuo (the "App") is provided by Talha Gürbüz ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you download, install, or use the App.

By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Data stored on your device (not sent to our servers)

The App stores your game progress locally on your device only:

Best score and run statistics
Coin balance and in-game rewards
Unlocked / purchased cosmetics (skins, themes, trails)
Achievement and daily reward status
Sound, haptics, and music preferences
Tutorial completion flag

This data is stored using AsyncStorage (or equivalent local storage). There is no account creation or server synchronization.

2.2 Device identifiers

The App may use one of the following to namespace local storage keys:

Android: Android ID
iOS: Identifier for Vendor (IDFV)
Fallback: A randomly generated ID stored on device

These identifiers are not sent to third parties or our servers; they are used only to distinguish data on your device.

2.3 Analytics data (planned)

We may integrate an analytics service (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to improve product quality. The following anonymous or pseudonymous events may be collected:

App open
Run start / end (score, distance, combo)
Achievement unlocked
Daily reward claimed
In-game shop purchases (using earned coins)
Ad watch events

We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number).

2.4 Advertising data (planned)

The App may show optional rewarded ads and periodic interstitial ads through Google AdMob or a similar ad network. Ad networks may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data for ad delivery and measurement.

You can manage ad personalization in your device or Google ad settings.

3. How we use information

We use collected or locally stored data to:

Provide and maintain the game experience
Operate the cosmetic shop and daily reward system
Analyze performance and errors (after analytics integration)
Display ads (after ad integration)
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

Third parties are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

On-device data: Remains until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
Analytics / ad data: Subject to the retention policies of the relevant third-party service.

6. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us at dev.talhagurbuz@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact dev.talhagurbuz@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

EU/EEA (GDPR): Full data subject rights; you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International transfers

If analytics or advertising services are integrated, data may be transferred to countries where those providers operate (including the United States), subject to applicable legal safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Material changes may be communicated in the App.
